First of all thank you for using Treat Expert. Here we make sure the services are provided to the highest quality that meets customer satisfaction. However our services once availed cannot be refunded. Therefore the payments made are considered to be final. By registering for any of our services, you are declaring to accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy.
In the unlikely event of a hospital demands any payment as consultation fee, booking an appointment with doctor and such an appointment is cancelled by a customer before the payment is finally transferred to the Hospital by Treat Expert. In such cases, Treat Expert will refund to our customers, a maximum of 50% of total fee paid. Treat Expert shall also provide full refund of the charges paid by a customer if:
- Any of the happenings of a Force Majeure event such as War, Natural Calamities etc.
- In case of the untimely demise of the patient (Treat Expert will effect automatic cancellation and Refund).
Cancellation requests, which fall under the above criteria, need to be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of payment towards services of Treat Expert No request for cancellation will be accepted if submitted after 72 hours.
Treat Expert shall process your refund within 14 working days.
No request for cancellation and refund shall be accepted at Treat Expert., if such request is not falling under any of the categories as mentioned above.
